Shipping:
An email confirmation containing your order and shipping totals will be emailed to you. All shipments are made via Priority Mail with USPS. You will be notified immediately if there is a delay in your shipment. Mommy's Little Helpers does not replace lost or damaged orders due to USPS, it is your responsibility to purchase insurance prior to shipment.

Returns:
Mommy's Little Helpers takes great pride in our workmanship and reputation for excellent quality products and value. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item(s) being returned are for faulty workmanship. MLH reserves the right to either repair or replace the item with faulty workmanship. MLH will pay for return shipping when the item is remailed back to you, if the item(s) was being returned for repairs.

All items have been inspected prior to shipment. Returns with refunds are only accepted on unused/unwashed items in original condition 15 days from shipped date and must have faulty workmanship. A refund will be given once the item has been returned and inspected.

Special orders may not be returned, except  for faulty workmanship.

Products containing flax seed and essential oils are not recommended for children under twelve (12) years of age. Toddler mats are not recommended for children under the age of 2, and supervision from an adult during nap time is recommend.
